We are delighted to announce the launch of our refurbished and revamped website in a new look. The new website has a clean, uncluttered design, improved functionality and enhanced rich content focused on customer care.

   Our goal with this new version is to present our vision in an easy way.Visitors may now browse our activities bilingually in Hindi & English. The site provides customized view options for persons with disabilities using audio scripts for visually impaired persons.

   UPAVP has been giving priority to meeting the housing needs of people from the economically weaker section and low-income group. In this context, we have decided to provide affordable houses to the common man under Prime Minister's Awas Yojna. To protect the interest of consumers, we have resolved to abide by the RERA Act 2016, in true spirit.

   To promote transparency in the information relating to our inventory of available property, we are displaying all vacant properties with their details on the website. One can walk into our office or apply online to book any of our properties that are available on first come first serve basis. Besides that, allotment camps are held every month to allot property through lottery and auction.

   In order to provide better, transparent and hassle free services to our individual residential allottees, we have introduced online payment mechanism and account ledger. The allottees can now view online every payment deposit entry in their account. The facility is on the verge of completion for our residential property situated in Lucknow and will soon be rolled out for the whole state.

   With these endeavors, and many more to come, we wish to make the experience of our valued clients all the more pleasant in dealing with UPAVP. We would welcome any suggestions to help us serve you better.
